Our menu is an homage to the Sardinia Island. All of the ingredients we use come from sustainable farms, hunters and fishermen around Australia, committed to provide superior ingredients in respect with Mother Nature. Our menu changes frequently based on what is freshest at the time.
We provide a variety of proteins, with a focus on fish, pork and lamb. We collaborate with nearby farmers to showcase both the larger season and the smaller seasonal variations in order to highlight the best of what they have to offer.
The majority of our menu contains a component that has been touched by the fire that we use to cook over.
