Pilloni works directly with small producers, growers and hunters to make sure that when you dine at our premise, you feel the breeze of the Sardinian Island for a moment. 

The majority of our dishes are touched by the fire, that is the central heart of Pilloni’s kitchen. Also traditional focaccias, bread and pasta are freshly made each day.

 The restaurant menu lets itself get inspired by the seasons to consistently create dishes and approach traditional Sardinian cooking with an open mind.
